Wairarapa Garden Tour

Maru Manu garden Featherston

Tickets will be on sale from October 1st for the Wairarapa Garden Tour on the 11th & 12th November 2017.

This year you will see a variety of gardens and landscaping styles – from parkland and formal gardens to cottage gardens and rambling country gardens. Many of these are located in and around Masterton and Opaki as well as several near Eketahuna.

This year a highlight will be one of the Wairarapa’s oldest homestead gardens, Brancepeth. Ticketholders will also be able to purchase a separate ticket to the Brancepeth Homestead Tour for $12 per person (Sunday only) .

Ticketholders can also purchase tickets to a Hanging Basket and Colour Bowl demonstration at Lansdowne Nursery for $5 per person.

It's easy to get here with Tranzit Tours -they're running buses from Wellington, Palmerston  and from Masterton to the gardens too.

The tour is a fundraiser for Pukaha Mount Bruce National Wildlife Centre's conservation work.
