Cambridge Road Vineyard is very small and very beautiful. It's also the first of its kind in the region to use a concrete egg shaped vat to ferment wine. This allows a more natural flow of convection currents and the concrete is thought to be breathable like a wine barrel but without adding that oaky flavour.
Here you can admire the picturesque setting and environment just as much as the wine as both are carefully cultivated under the same natural principles. Pop in one weekend for a tasting and see for yourself.
