Your day at the Country Cooking School on Te Puhi farm near Featherston will be about enjoying the beauty and charm of the New Zealand countryside. Explore delicious innovative food and recipes featuring the freshest, seasonal ingredients grown on the farm. Your day starts at 9.30 am with coffee/tea and cake. You'll then cook for a bit and take a ramble through the vegetable gardens, orchards, chook run and farm while foraging for organically grown ingredients...then return to prepare a delicious four-course seasonal lunch.
