Visit the fabulous Aurora Distillery in Wairarapa near Martinborough, gather some botanicals from the distillery garden and make a custom gin. You’ll also get the chance to taste their medal-winning Arrival gins & liqueurs plus new additions to the range. 

Choose from up to 30 different botanicals to make your unique recipe, with experienced distillery staff to help you, then weigh out the botanicals and distill your very own bottle of gin. 

When it’s finished distilling you’ll bottle and label your gin - then just wait patiently for two weeks until it’s ready to drink!
