The Captain’s Dining Room was voted in the TOP 250 NEW ZEALAND RESTAURANTS in the 2023/24 Cuisine Good Food Guide. It presents a seasonal menu curated by the Executive Chef and Head Chef, celebrating the very best ingredients our region has to offer. The dining room has been beautifully designed to create an inviting and intimate space to bring you a truly special dining experience from 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.  
 
The Gastro Bar is a more relaxed setting - the menu has been designed to ensure there is something for everyone. The locally sourced gastro menu includes a mix of classic favourites and contemporary modern dishes. There are a number of dining areas to suit any occasion, including the front of bar, galley, garden bar and sun filled deck.
 
Experience more of the region by staying at The White Swan, with a great selection of suites and garden rooms available. Suites are located upstairs within the hotel and individually themed, providing a truly unique experience. Garden rooms are offset from the road, each with its own courtyard, and doors out onto the oak trees and neighbouring park.
