Everland Retreat is a large house located a short walk from Martinborough square suited to groups of between 6 and 13 people. There four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a separate lounge, TV room (doubles as 5th bedroom). There is a large dining or conference room, full kitchen and laundry. The backyard includes a large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and a spa pool that adds to the opportunity to enjoy and relax. Heating is generated from a log fire /arguer that is complimented by a gas fire. One well behaved dog is welcome after prior approval. Noise restrictions apply after 10. Minimum number of guests is 6. No unarranged extra guests or parties without prior approval.
