About
Weathered and wild Cape Palliser (Mātakitaki-a-Kupe), our namesake, is the southernmost point of New Zealand’s North Island - where the Ruamahanga River, our vines’ life-source, meets the sea, and from where our weather patterns unfurl. For over 30 years, Palliser has connected people through our crafted Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, and Aromatics, still and sparkling, organic and on their way to being organic. Enjoy a winery lunch with beautiful cuisine by acclaimed Chef Norka Mella Munoz, who brings her signature style, passion, and luxury to the Palliser Kitchen. Experience the warmth and expertise of our Cellar Door team, who can guide you through a wine tasting, help select a flight, pour a glass, or recommend wines to take or ship home.
