The Last Resort Walk is on private land the whole time so there are no dusty public roads or speeding 4×4 vehicles to dodge. A moderate level of fitness is required for walkers to enjoy Riversdale Station and you’ll definitely want your walking boots because it can get muddy underfoot at times and when crossing streams. For serious walkers and mountain bikers there may be an option to extend your walk on day two and add an additional night’s accommodation at either The Ritz or The Lodge (Subject to compatible accommodation availability).
