Roger Wigglesworth has a professional background spanning human resources, organisational development and public policy, with roles at the State Services Commission, The Treasury and Tower Insurance, followed by senior policy positions at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. Retired from full-time work since 2017 and now based in the Wairarapa, Roger remains actively involved in community service, including his roles within the Wellington Anglican Diocese, the Board of the Carter Society Inc, and as the Bishop’s Representative on the St Mark’s School Board.

Rosie Rogers is director and founder of The Experience Collective, where she has spent nearly a decade creating and delivering standout experiences across the Wairarapa and wider region. Her background spans event management, commercial partnerships and fundraising, with previous roles including Commercial Executive for the Hurricanes and Wellington Rugby Union, Fundraiser for Wellington Free Ambulance, and Event Manager at Tui Brewery.
Lisa Portas

Lisa Portas works across New Zealand’s agriculture and rural sectors in governance, advisory, and executive roles. She is a member of the Wairarapa Economic Development Strategy Steering Group, an Associate Trustee of AGMARDT, and a Governance Group Member of Future of Fibre Aotearoa.
Lisa is also Regional Co-ordinator for the Greater Wellington Ballance Farm Environment Awards. A Nuffield Farming Scholar, she is involved in a small number of commercial initiatives within the wool sector.
Peter Biggs CNZM

Arts philanthropist and Featherston resident Peter Biggs has had a distinguished 25-year career in the advertising industry, leading large award-winning agencies in New Zealand and Australia, working on a range of leading brands. He has a track record of significant governance roles, including Chair of Creative New Zealand, inaugural Chair of WellingtonNZ, the Wellington region’s economic development agency, and Chair of Read New Zealand Te Pou Muramura (now Chair Emeritus). He is a founding Trustee and current Chair of the Featherston Booktown Trust and also serves as President of the International Organisation of Booktowns. Peter was appointed a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for Services to Philanthropy and Arts Governance in 2013.
Katherine Jacobs

Katherine Jacobs has a professional background spanning Marketing, Public Policy and Governance roles in both the commercial and not for profit sectors. Katherine has sat on the New Zealand Winegrowers Board and the YWCA Wellington Board. The last 20 years has seen Katherine with her husband Jeremy Corban, very passionately building their boutique wine business to become a thriving export and local business.
