Charleston Meets Martinborough

August 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17.
A five-course meal inspired by Charleston, South Carolina. Think fried tomatoes, she-crab soup, shrimp and grits, benne wafers and coconut cake with wine pairings. Hosted by Adam Cruz, GM of Union Square and a College of Charleston graduate.
