The Greytown Distilling Company handcrafts double-distilled small-batch gins in a secret distillery somewhere near the centre of Greytown village, using pure Tararua mountain water and locally foraged botanicals.

You can find Greytown Distilling Company inside Blackwell and Sons classic cycling emporium on the main street of Greytown.
Hosted tastings of three selected Greytown gins can be enjoyed from the Tasting Shed inside the Blackwell and Sons emporium on Fridays, Saturdays and special holidays - check out the tasting hours on their website here.
You'll learn about the gin, identify the botanicals then match it with the perfect tonic. Each tasting takes around 10 minutes and groups of up to four or a maximum of six are ideal.
