Wharekauhau Country Estate sits in the midst of on of the Southern Hemispheres largest Dark-Sky reserves. Our rural location means we are a pure area with minimal ambient light, and near zero uplighting making, perfect spot for stargazing.
About
This package includes 2 night accommodation in a Cottage Suite, pre dinner drinks & canapés each day, multicourse dinner each evening. Full country breakfast daily, a private 60 minute star gazing session with an astronomy guide. Stargazing essentials: a cheese platter, a bottle of Te Kairanga John Martin Pinot Noir, hot water bottles and blankets.
