The Vintage Aviator aircraft collection based at Hood Aerodrome in Masterton is the largest flying collection of WWI aircraft in the world. Many of these aircraft can only be seen at Hood Aerodrome. This collection will feature prominently in the flying programme and on the ground displays.
Across the Aerodrome you can get up close to other aircraft, see displays from Emergency Services as well as delicious food and wine and market stalls.
There are also interactive activities and demonstrations with a focus on inspiring youth into aviation careers - making it a perfect event for the whole family!
Coach transfers from both Wellington and Palmerston North will take you straight into the heart of the airfield so you'll be quickly and easily right in the action. You can book this with your air show ticket.
Ticket Prices range from $40 to $140 for an adult; with family deals; 3 day and Gold Pass options available.
